I specialize in helping individuals navigate Trauma and Grief, providing compassionate and practical therapy for emotional challenges that affect daily life and relationships.
Using an integrative approach, I tailor therapy to your needs, drawing from a variety of modalities, such as, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT) and Narrative Therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), for trauma and can provide this virtually. Upon client request, I can also incorporate Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy to align with your personal goals. Together we’ll create a safe space where you can find healing and hope.
